Due to COVID-19 the practice is currently only open for emergencies and offering appointments to both registered and new patients that are in need of an urgent appointment. For new patients, please be aware that this will be via video call only and you will not have access to any future routine appointments. Unfortunately, we are not currently accepting new NHS patients as we have reached our full capacity. We are accepting new private patients and do have a payment plan available for this. If you would like any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us. For our registered patients we are advising you keep up to date with our website and check our Facebook page for when we will be resuming back to routine dentistry. We are offering all comprehensive dental treatment and if necessary UDC referrals can be made for all patients.

We have started to resume our dental hygienist appointments so that our patients can continue to keep up with their oral hygiene whilst we are not doing routine check-ups. If you would like to book a hygienist appointment, please call our reception team on 01603 865666.

When you call the practice, you will be triaged by one of the receptionists and an appointment will be made in accordance. You will be asked to wear a face covering which must always be worn when in the building and will be asked to attend your appointment alone. You will be given a number to call to let us know that you have arrived, please be aware that this number is for patients that have an existing appointment and are wanting to check in ONLY, any other queries, you will be directed to call the practice phone number 01603 865666.

When you arrive at the practice you will be asked to wait outside or in your car and a nurse will collect you. Your temperature will be taken, and you will need to sanitize your hands. We are asking patients to pay prior to appointments over the phone if possible, to avoid patients in the reception area. If you are unable to pay over the phone, then contactless payment is preferred.
